Fernando Centurión

Born in Lima, Fernando received his law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in 2004 and was admitted to the Bar in 2012. He holds a post-graduate degree in accounting from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2001); a post-graduate degree in finance from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2011); a post-graduate degree in international tax law from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (2009); and a post-graduate degree in stock markets from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (2013).

Fernando specializes in tax counseling and planning. He has also participated in the evaluation and strategic development of administrative procedures and has advised clients on fulfillment of fiscal obligations.

His expertise in corporate and contract law, in addition to his background in mercantile, stock market and finance law, allows him to offer our clients comprehensive advice and tailored strategies that meet their needs.

Fernando’s areas of specialization include taxation and customs, financial and insurance and stock market law.

Lyanee Pineda

Born in Cusco, Peru, Lyanee received her law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in 2010 and was admitted to the Bar in 2014. She earned a diploma in human resource administration from the Escuela de Administración de Negocios para Graduados (2013) as well as a master’s degree in labor law and social security from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

Lyanee’s professional practice is oriented toward labor law, labor procedures, social security, workplace health and safety and immigration law.

Her professional experience includes work as a labor specialist at law firms and international companies with activities in sectors such as health, energy and construction.

She is the co-author of a compendium on Peruvian labor law published by Ediciones Caballero Bustamante and of other texts from the same publisher. Occasionally, she acts as a speaker at Thomson Reuters on matters of labor law.

In 2016, Lyanee joined Bellido Abogados as the Associate in charge of the labor law area of the firm.

Her areas of specialization include labor and immigration law.

She speaks Spanish and English.

Daniel Williams

Born May 31, 1984, in Lima, Daniel received his law degree from the Universidad de Lima in 2008 and was admitted to the Bar in 2011.

He holds a diploma in conflict mediation from Montgomery College, in Maryland, U.S.A. (2009) and a postgraduate diploma in environment and the defense of natural resources from the Centro de Altos Estudios Nacionales (2010); a post-graduate degree in energy law from the Escuela de Administración de Negocios para Graduados (2015); a post-graduate degree in mining law and social responsibility from the Universidad del Pacífico (2015); and a master’s degree in corporate law from the Universidad de Lima (2013).

Daniel has professional experience in auditing financial statements of private companies. He has followed processes for the registration, renewals and oppositions of trademarks and has participated in administrative processes for the protection of consumers, trademarks and intellectual property, unfair competition, bureaucratic barriers, and civil and commercial judicial cases. Beginning in 2010, he has gained professional experience in the private sector, counseling primarily in corporate, environmental, energy, mining and labor law.

Daniel also has extensive knowledge of rural flora and fauna and regulations on supervision and environmental inspections because of his work to protect Lima’s “Pantanos de Villa” wildlife refuge. He has also counseled on administrative processes with the Office for the Environmental Evaluation and Supervision (OEFA) and in obtaining environmental permits with the Ministry of Energy and Mines, the Ministry of Production, the Ministry of Transportation and the National Service for the Certification of Sustainable Investments (SENACE).

Daniel joined ESTUDIO BELLIDO in 2016 as an Associate in corporate, mining and administrative law. Her participates actively in counseling national and foreign companies.

His areas of specialization include corporate, mining, administrative, environmental and energy law.

He speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese.
